Work Conditions and Environment

Type of Employment : Full-time
Departments : Electronics Business Headquarters, Chemical Business Headquarters
Working Hours : Five days a week, Mon.-Fri., 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
Regions : Pangyo, Yongin, Pyeongtaek, Sejong
Salary Conditions : In accordance with the company's bylaws
Levels of starting salaries for new recruits according to their educational attainment (as of 2020)

First year after graduation from high school : KRW 29,100,000
First year after graduation from college : KRW 31,700,000
First year after graduation from university : KRW 35,000,000※ Extra bonus paid for individual employees according to their achievement of the company’s management goals
※ A rational amount of salary is estimated for employees with experience based on general consideration of their educational attainment, job expertise, results of the interview, etc.

Individuals entitled to veterans’ benefits are given preference in accordance with related laws.
Candidates should have completed or should be exempted from military service, and they should have no reasons for disqualification for overseas trip.

For the executive interview, candidates should submit their diploma and latest career certificate.
