01. Function module
Integrated module with switches that control TV channels and sound, power switch, and sensors.
We supply various function modules in line with customers’ requirements.
02. One connect Board Media receiver with a built-in TV tuner, also called OCB. The OCB has make it possible to design even slimmer TVs,
allowing them to be mounted on walls or in various designs. The OCB includes ports such as HDMI, optical audio, USB,
and LAN, that were previously directly connected to the TV.
03. Timing control Board Board that delivers TV signals to the driver IC controlling the LCD panel, managing the amount of transmitted data and
improving picture quality.
- Communications components
Wifi module - Chemtronics supplies Wi-Fi modules, which enable various smart functions (IoT) through wireless connection between
TV and mobile devices.
- Optical components
LED Backlight module - Since TV LCD panels can’t emit light, they require backlights, which are optical components to provide illumination.
Chemtronics produces backlight modules using LED elements and supplies a variety of backlight products ranging from
UHD to 8K to global TV manufacturers, including Samsung Electronics.
